JISC Identity Management Toolkit Review

In 2010 JISC published the Identity Management Toolkit, designed to help UK FHE institutions improve their Identity Management. The Toolkit built on the earlier work of the JISC-funded Identity Project and was endorsed by UCISA, RUGIT, ISAF, and JISC InfoNet.

The JISC Identity Management Toolkit Review Project (Feb – July 2012) will review and update the original Identity Management Toolkit. The review will include a short questionnaire designed to measure the impact that the Toolkit has had on the UK education community. This will be followed by a comprehensive survey of the current state of Identity Management in the UK FHE sector to get a view of how things have changed since the previous survey undertaken by the Identity Project in 2007.

Identity Management Toolkit Awareness Questionnaire

We invite you to complete a short questionnaire to help measure the impact that the JISC Identity Management Toolkit has had on the UK education sector since its publication in 2010. The questionnaire should take 5-10 minutes to complete. All personal details given as part of the questionnaire will remain private.

The questionnaire can be completed at: www.identity-project.org.

The questionnaire will be available from 9 March – 8 April 2012.
